This notice explains what happens to your information when you visit this site, write to Owner's CTO or subscribe to a plan. ML LABS LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, runs both the site and the service, and it is the party responsible for your information.
When You Visit The Site
- Cloudflare hosts the site and handles the details each request carries, such as your IP address and browser, to deliver pages and stop abuse, under its privacy policy.
- The site is a set of static pages. It carries no analytics, no advertising tags, no session recording and no third-party scripts, and it sets no cookies.
- If you choose a light or dark appearance, that choice is kept in your own browser's storage and never leaves your device.
- Fonts load from the site itself, so a page view sends nothing to a font provider.
When You Write
- An email you send to Owner's CTO is forwarded by Cloudflare to an ML LABS mailbox. Your message and address are used only to answer you and to serve your firm.
When You Subscribe
- Plans are paid through Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe directly and never reach Owner's CTO; Stripe's own privacy policy covers what you give it.
- Owner's CTO receives the details you enter at checkout, such as your firm's name, email address and state, and the status of your payments.
- The systems, files and information your firm shares during the work are covered by the Terms, including confidentiality and access rules.
Your Choices
- You may ask for a copy of the personal information held about you, or for its correction or deletion, by writing to [email protected].
- Billing records are kept for as long as tax law requires; everything else is kept only while it serves you.
- Your information is never sold, rented or used for advertising.
Changes
When this notice changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
